Code snippet for reading CSV (& How to post F# code snippets?)

I was looking for a tool that helps in reading CSV files and I have found some instructions on using ADODB (Microsoft ActiveX Object); and after some ``C# 4.0``ing with it, I managed to read a CSV file successfully.

Some time later I came across a built-in .NET class (credit: it was a blog that I do not remember now)! .NET is vast and sometimes I think even in Microsoft many people are not aware of some existing library in .NET and use other tools or do duplicate the solution. Anyway that was very fun and shocking for me and I think It may be useful to somebody else too.

This sample reads a CSV file and generate a simple html file from it:

Note: How to post F# code snippets? I have found this solution for highlighting F# code on hubfs (Thanks to Brian McNamara) yet indentation does not works and adding   at the beginning of each line instead of spaces is useless too. Please help me with posting code; thanks.
