Looks like it's improved to the point where it might be usable. It's used in the construction of asp.net mvc.  I noticed that Steve Sanderson posted a blog regarding scaffolding in asp.net mvc where the code was obviously using MsTest.

There are no automated tests of enterprise library in the source code. Avoid if possible.
