When you say build errors, I'm guessing that you mean the error console from the background compile? Or is the output window from the actual build dirty too?

I seem to recall that my spurious errors from the background compile can sometimes be resolved from a clean all.

It doesn't sound like you're running into the project dependency bugs, since they are resolved by restarting the IDE.

Assuming that you know how 'file order matters' and you know about 'the implicit module with same name as filename' (e.g. stuff described in [link:lorgonblog.spaces.live.com]) to rule out 'user error', then this sounds like it could be a known bug in the CTP release, related to #5 here: [link:blogs.msdn.com].
